- League: CFA Youth Football League
- Supplied: practice jersey, practice pants, game jersey, game pants, helmet, shoulder pads, mouth piece
- Needed: solid, molded plastic cleats, black socks, chin strap

Cheer camp with the Varsity cheerleaders
Cheerleading
Ages 5-13
- Ages 5 - 13
- Age determined as of April 30th
- Cheerleaders are placed according to number of participants.
- Includes weekly tumbling program
- Basic stunting instruction
- Provided: vest, skirt, bodyliner, bow
- Needed: cheer shoes, bloomers, crate*
- Optional items: warm-up, raincoat
Practice & Games
- Regular season runs August thru October
- 4 nights a week before school starts
- 3 nights a week after school starts
- Post season runs October thru November
- Cheer includes 1 night of tumbling per week
- Competitive teams - except Smurf level
- Game times are typically 12pm, 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm
- May include a couple evening games

- Mandatory game day gate and concession volunteering
- Required equipment deposit

Safety
- All coaches have background checks, child abuse and FBI clearances
- Football coaches are HeadsUp certified through USA Football
- All coaches are concussion certified through the CDC
- Football participates in heat acclimation camp
- All football equipment is certified and reconditioned yearly through Riddell
- Games officiated by PIAA approved football officials
